Configuring Your Mobile Phone for Exchange Email

Each Mobile device can be a little different but the basic settings like username,
password, and server will always be the same.

iPhone Exchange Configuration

Step 1.
On the mobile device, choose the Settings icon

Step 2.
Click Mail, Contacts, Calendars Option

Step 3.
Choose Add Account...

Step 4.
Select the Microsoft Exchange option.

Step 5.
Enter your exchange settings.
Username is the same as Email address and Domain is not required.

Step 6.
Hit the next button and it will ask for server address.
Server address is red001.mail.microsoftonline.com

Step 7.
Click Save and choose what you would like to sync
Options are Mail, Calendars, and Contacts
